GROW
GROW is a Sussex-based charity that helps people to get outdoors, reconnect with nature and improve their wellbeing. GROW’s courses are mainly designed to support people who have experienced depression, anxiety and stress – however, following the pandemic, GROW saw an opportunity to offer its courses to groups of employees who were now working from home and not having as much access to in-person conversations or time outside – and this was affecting their mental health and wellbeing.
Ruth worked with the team at GROW to carry out a feasibility study of a service for businesses, including market research, a value proposition workshop and a financial model to create pricing and sales targets. This resulted in a package for GROW to take to corporates, and a realistic plan to work towards. Within a couple of weeks, GROW secured its first corporate customers.
